Chef Jessie 100 Revolving Restaurant, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

How would you like to wine and dine at a bar and restaurant in Manila that revolves so you get a 360 degrees change of view after about two hours?

The first revolving restaurant located on top of a building that Tutubi visited was Baiyoke Sky in Bangkok, Thailand more than ten years ago. The sprawling Thai capital now has lots of revolving bars and restaurants but the idea has not caught on in Manila until a few years ago.


Tutubi, who prefers budget-friendly, frugal food finds and fun dining seldom splurges to eat at pricey fine dining restaurants. There are exceptions, of course, including this visit to a fine dining revolving restaurant in Quezon City called 100 Revolving Restaurant by Chef Jessie in Eastwood City, Libis.

Review of 100 Revolving Restaurant:

Location: conveniently located on C-5 in Libis, Quezon City and offers views of skyline of Eastwood City, Marikina River, Valle Verde and the cities of Pasig, Marikina and Quezon City

Parking: you can get free parking on the second level. Getting there is quite confusing but the building people were trained to assist and identify visitors going there. From parking elevator, you need to go down to the ground floor then transfer to the main elevator up to the 30th floor

Food: as usual, like in most hotels, Tutubi likes the soups, salads and desserts. The main course dishes were typical hotel/fine dining food. There's lechon de leche that time, sinful but it's not always so it's ok to stuff on a few cholesterol once in a while.

Clients: lots of VIPs, rich families and eye candies dining there. As Tutubi ate around lunch, the place is just a quarter full at 11am but full of people and long lines at the buffet table at 12nn, better come early.

Dress code: not strict like typical fine dining restaurants, saw people in shorts (even eye candies that require a second look)

Budget: PhP2,000.00/head and up

All in all: this fun dining restaurant is a romantic dinner date place on Valentines Day and some occasions that require prior reservation. Call their contact number up before actually going there, wait also for promos and discounts for cheaper fund dining (Tutubi was able to book there 50% off using Citibank credit card) :P
