The relatively new Pasalubong/Specialty: Star Peanuts Star Peanuts is tagged as Peanut meringue clusters
in a "nutshell," peanut kisses is shaped like Hershey's Kisses, more crunchier and sweeter than Star Peanuts. Star Peanuts are more like star-shaped meringue, and more chewable.
It really depends on the one buying for it's a really subjective topic.
