now this promo fares to Batanes brought by Sky Pasada must be the answer to Tutubi's dream of cheap fares to Batanes since their competitor offers almost double the ticket prices to Batanes.

these are indeed cheap rates! but... i think that the promo period takes place during the rainy season... and Batanes is not the place one wants to be during the rainy season...

Fare mentioned for Manila-Batanes is one-way only. Not really cheap; still way out of budget of most travellers.
