Tagbilaran Airport terminal fee/departure tax/airport tax: PhP20.00
Airport taxis: no taxis there but plenty of tricycles waiting for passengers. you can ride tricycles to the city center (usually minimum fare) to take buses or jeepneys to various towns of Bohol (Loboc, Loay, Anda and others)
Car rental to Panglao Island is PhP600.00, van for hire costs PhP700.00

Tagbilaran Airport is small and cramped and needs expansion. It's not more fun waiting for your flight here.
There are no restaurants inside the departure area terminal, just small pasalubong kiosks and snack counters.

Taglibalaran, Quezon province. I'm not so familiar with Philippine's geography, base on the description mentioned above, I think that place is very ideal to escape the city. I can think of back to basic life, simple yet contented.
