In search of exotic pinikpikan dish? try Cafe by the Ruins where you can watch a cultural presentation and demonstration on how to make pinikpikan by beating a chicken until blood clots appear on the skin then the chicken is roasted by a "flame thrower." CafĂ© by the Ruins also serves salads, upland rice, camote bread, organic vegetables and tapuy (Igorot rice wine).   2. I "used" to love this until last night... my bf and i were craving for great pizza last night so we went to volante.
    we ordered one 6 inches pizza and then crave for more this time we got 8 inches...
    Ok na sana until a COCKROACH crawled on our table... yung weird specie na ipis! We immediately called the waiter. He picked it up with a tissue... when we paid our bill, I reminded him that this might be brought to the sanitation department.. NO DISCOUNT nor SIMPLE APOLOGY...I'm so displease...
