ReplyDeleteanonymous, yes it's per kilo but the excess baggage rates are now P100/kilogram for domestic destinations. no idea for international flights excess baggage fees for 2009. will update this post later. thanks for reminding me :P
ReplyDeletein this case that baggages are being paid for, are pets included in the baggages payment? how often does this prices rate change and in what conditions? are there any discount rates for some big baggage? like the balikbayan boxes?
