Pho Hoa: Vietnamese Culinary Odyssey in Manila

I'll tell you a secret: I actually love to eat those delectable Vietnamese soups from Pho Hoa with restaurants located at SM.

Since it's raining, I opted to go there there again and order my usual:

Seafood soup: it's not oily and made of rice noodles, AFAIK

add bean sprouts, lemongrass, lemon...

plus lots and lots of red hot chili peppers. Worry about runny nose later ;-)

stuffed chicken wings (3 pieces)

Mango Crepe: delicioso!

wash them all down with a tall glass of ice-cold lemon juice!

I really love east-Asian cuisine particularly spicy food (ironically, most Filipinos are averse to spicy food except those from the Bicol peninsula) and cosmopolitan Manila has lots of options to choose from!

pictures taken with Canon Ixus 30 using available light so don't tell me about it or you may have to treat me to a mochafrap decaf :)
