Laoag, Ilocos Norte, herewith is the latest information on Partas bus that serves the two capital cities of the Ilocos provinces.
Similar to Victory Liner deluxe bus to Baguio and Philtranco deluxe buses to Bicol, Partas deluxe buses are 27 seater (Victory Liner 29 seaters) with comfort rooms/restroom on board but you need to be at Partas bus terminal to get a seat, no reserved seat nor advance tickets similar to Victory Liner.

ReplyDeleteSuggestion to the Dept of TOURISM: Post a list of bus companies, their terminals in Manila and the provinces, trip schedules, and fares/type of buses. Arrange according to general areas of destination: NORTHERN LUZON, with sub-categories--Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, etc; SOUTHERN LUZON: sub-categories Bicol Region, Laguna, Cavite etc. Also do this for air and sea transport. This will help tourist, local and foreign, and save them a lot of time-consuming back and forth. The lists should be updated every 3 or 6 months.
