Map of Manila Cavite Expressway (Cavitex) Toll Fee (Coastal Road to Kawit)
On May 1, the new R-1 Extension of the Manila Coastal Road to Kawit Cavite, now officially called Cavite Expressway or CavitEx will be opened to the motoring public.
With this new road, travel time from from Manila to Kawit (towns in Cavite) will now only be 20 minutes instead of an hour and a half and will de-congest Aguinaldo Highway and Tirona Highway.
Cavitex Toll Fee/Rate: PhP64.00 for class 1, 129 for class 2 and 192 for Class 3 vehicles
According to several praise releases on TV, travel time from Zapote in Las Pinas to Kawit, Cavite will also be cut to just 8 minutes. The toll exit is just past Island Cove resort :P
